"The name of this work is quite contrary to its visual appearance, but it is not without purpose. Rest is important on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual. The subtle whisper of unrest sneaks up on our souls and manifests in ways that distract and mislead our hearts. We fiercely seek financial stability, affirmation and approval of our physical appearance, or avoid being honest and vulnerable out of fear of its repercussions. I will always stand by the truth that Jesus is the one true source of rest in a world constantly seeking it. 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.' (Matthew 11:28-30) I encourage you to reflect on your journey to find rest in life and consider asking God how you might experience it deeper."
